CLIMBING SESSIONS AND ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS!
Our induction sessions are ideal for new climbers wanting to have a look around the centre with an instructor to show you what we offer and what to look for to keep safe whilst bouldering or using the auto belays.
There are three different options for induction sessions:
Boulder induction – Teaching you to be a safe boulderer.
Auto-belay induction – Introducing you to our auto belays.
Auto-belay and boulder induction – Fulfilling both requirements for an auto-belay and boulder sign-off
Following the completion of one of these sessions, you can supervise up to 2 people over the age of 7 for the respective activity or 1 person aged between 4 and 7.

Interested in learning how to use the ropes?
Our beginners course is ideal for anyone wanting to learn how to belay and climb safely in the roped area.
This is a multi-session course broken down over two weeks of 2.5hr sessions.
The course covers using a harness safely, how to tie a safe knot and how to belay.
This course lasts for two sessions and will allow you to rope climb following a quick test next time you are in our centre.
These private sessions can be tailored to your needs, whether it’s for a complete beginner, or someone with lots of experience who just wants to be supervised by an instructor. It is your private session, so you can book it for any age* and any mix of adults and children**
*Our private sessions can be run for ages 4years+
**Groups are limited to a max of 6 participants
If you are after a more social experience to meet fellow climbers and have someone to use the ropes with, we offer a roped social every Thursday evening between 19:15 and 20:45.
Our New Woman’s Social runs on Monday evenings between 18:15 and 19:45.
These are run through normal entry prices, so no extra charges.
